4th annual 💗

My 4th annual went great with no concerns for the doctors! I had to stay longer than expected because of my blood thinner ( eliquis ) I am on and the new standard for a patient to be off of eliquis  for Intermountain Medical Center for an anigiogram . So my past annuals I had to be off eliquis  for 24 hours, but now the standard is 72 hours. But an extra day meant I got to visit with more people. It was nice seeing everyone and seeing how things are going. It is crazy how people keep doing what they do best and the changes of where they go. We all continue to grow, which is amazing and exciting to hear and to see. For me...I  can now say I am an official yoga instructor. I don't have my own class, but I do sub for a local studio. I have taught 2 classes and it's pretty darn special. I feel lame because there isn't lots to tell, but like I said keep doing you no matter what and when you feel stagnate figure out what you need to let go and what to let in. 2015
